Now app isn’t letting me watch anything!

I’ve just joined ee and I had my own NOW subscription but it’s supposed to be available via EE but all I’m getting is code BTP-11195c?

Have you switched your Now account into EETV? Have you joined EETV?

Just joining EE doesn’t get you the Now channels you can see in the EPG.

But if you open the Now app now you are on EE broadband, just like you did on whoever’s broadband you were on before, it should all be fine.

Yes I’ve joined now on ee, ee say it’s active! But I’m unable to watch anything. It just gives a code. I’ve now got to wait a few days for another department to sort it out. I’ve already gone through them giving me codes to activate it and I was told it’s all set up but it’s not allowing me to watch anything.
