&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;Is the EETV package set up and complete on your account - You'll need to call Customer Care for a guide to check this.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Update the EE TV app&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings, Apps and make sure Automatically update apps is turned on.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Update the Apple TV software&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings, System, Software updates and select Update software.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check the obvious- Is Apple TV connected to the EE Home broadband connection? If not, it won't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If Customer Care confirm your service is active, and you've tried all of the above and it hasn't worked, reboot both the Hub and Apple TV box, wait for them to reconnect and try again.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>EE TV Account not found Code: AAU910</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are trying to set up our Apple box. When trying to sign in to EE TV it gives the message in the photo. We have EE broadband and have paid for the full works subscriptions.
