EE TV Can’t find account on Apple TV or mini box

Hi, I wondered if anybody could help me.

We have had EE installed today and the Apple TV is showing error code AAU910 and the mini box error BTP-15000 saying no subscription found.

Any help would be appreciated as I want access to the live tv.
