    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Pro Box has never worked properly since Day1 with any HD Channel eventually Pixalating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have only been with BT 10 Days &amp;amp; EE 5 Days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both BT &amp;amp; EE have identified Ping Issues&amp;nbsp;@ my Box .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failure to resolve will lead to cancellation as previous BT Boxes only suffered Pixalation on the Ultimate Sport Channel when I was on a Wired System.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I now have Fibre delivering Speeds in excess of 480 Mbts .&amp;amp; it seems my Extenders could be suspect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tel22&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Tel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our Pro box has both coax aerial and ethernet inputs, and is rock solid on terrestrial channels and apps, inc 4K/UHD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our Mini box operates only over wifi and occasionally has connection issues, affecting both normal channels and apps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't speak to ping issues, but if you're running only in internet mode, and an ethernet connection isn't feasible, i'd look to wifi in the house, and how it's extended .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can provide more detail on your set up and house geography, other more knowledgeable members may be better able to help with practical tips.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in a small Bungalow &amp;amp; The Router is c. 7 Metres from the box using TP Line 1000 Advanced Adaptors.The Signal travels through a Compressed 4 inch thick Fibre Wall that has never caused any problem in the past.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Terry&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tv Expert arrived &amp;amp; Found 2 Solutions immediately to my issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Router was Level 1 &amp;amp; should have been Level&amp;nbsp;@2 &amp;amp; my TV was not connected 2 WiFi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Level 2 has been installed in my Router &amp;amp; my TV is now connected to WiFi &amp;amp; Broadband.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Expert is confident my Issues are resolved. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;We shall see over the next couple of Days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Terry&lt;/P&gt;</description>
