    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4604846"&gt;@Hazey26&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wish I had a quid for every poster here who tells us they are getting an error code, and doesn’t tell us what it is &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crying_face:"&gt;😢&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may mean nothing to you, but it can be most informative to those of us who help out here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Absent any such code, I would guess that EETV fubared your HD authorisation in the transfer, and you need to call them to get this fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ask them for compensation for however long this capability is out of commission.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the nice young lady who patiently set up EE mobile for me this afternoon, and also offered me a discount if I moved from BT to EE and got told “not on your life am I moving to EE” is reading this, then this is exactly the sort of thing I was talking about as to why I wasn’t going to move….&lt;/P&gt;</description>
