The words come up but there is no picture profile showing in the little picture squares. It says there is an error code 102

It says cannot connect my broadband.

Actually, it says YVM102. The YVM Is important.

And it means the box can’t connect to the internet.

Try:-

Do not take the ‘helpful’ suggestion to use the TV and sport help tool, as EETV have either forgotten to write it, or forgotten where it lives 😢
