Mini Tv box no channels showing

Help please!
we were sent an we mini Tv box for upstairs. Plugged it all in and connected it all to the Wi-Fi. It worked really well for about a week and now it isn’t showing any programs. I can see the Tv guide, what should be on the screen, even the iplayer icon in the corner but the screen is blank. Can’t play anything on Netflix either!
What can I do please?

Have you done the basics, retuned the channels, unplugged the unit and checked the cable, change the port on your tv.

go to settings and reset device

it will scan for channels again
