    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi. I’ve just got my box up and running. First thing I tried to watch was a programme via Ch4 and the picture is blurry. Occasionally it becomes clear but then reverts. I can watch Ch4 clearly if accessed other ways and all other apps are fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Any advice please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Following clarification from the other thread:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You're watching channel 4 in the on-demand app.&amp;nbsp; The video quality depends on the bandwidth available at the time, and will drop if wifi signal or broadband speed drops.&amp;nbsp; This is out of our control, as it's internal to the channel 4 app.&amp;nbsp; See the response I'm about to add to your other thread about the TV guide for additional information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
