All Smart TV apps aren’t working with EE Dongle

Hi there I was wondering if anyone could help. I have a EE dongle as I’m in a house for only 3 months so thought that would be my best option for internet but my smart TV’s don’t all seem to work with it. They either say connected to the internet but you can’t use the internet or some will connect but I can only use certain apps for example Netflix doesn’t work.

any help would be great thanks
