Now TV app not working on EE mini box

The now TV app isn't working on the mini EE box. Works fine on the main box. Any ideas? I'm just getting the blue circle whirling round...

Hi @chrismac111a,

Are all other apps working ok when you test them, just not Now TV? Has the box been rebooted and is it up to date with its software?

All other apps working ok. I've rebooted it but just the same with NOW app not working.

@chrismac111a Ah I see, our diagnostics would recommend checking the player and apps are all up to date which you can do in Settings> Information and reset> Software information> Update software and update Players and apps and if nothing needs updated or nothing changes after updating, then a factory reset of the box.

But it would be worth reaching out to our team on 150 to make sure everything is ok account side as well.
