      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are trying to view tv this evening using our EE box and just getting this error code for all channels&amp;nbsp; BTP-15001, IPC6007 and asks us to press OK and try again, nothing then happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone able to help as the phone number showing to call is not a valid number&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What channels are you trying to watch, and can you confirm you have a subscription to them?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone number you should call for Help, if this is the case, is&amp;nbsp;0800 800150.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
