    <description>&lt;P&gt;Long story. In the middle of August, I chatted with them to remove the TNT sport on Discovery Plus because I had 2 packages on my TV and that one on unnecessary (in fact every time I had to call to get a refund) after 4 days, I got an email where it says that they remove all ee tv and I had to pay 383.42 for the cancellation Fee(so for your mistake you remove EE tv and I didn't ask for this). So I called you again and Ok you paid me the cancellation fee but now I do have not the ee tv package. I called you again on the 31st of August to get my TV back but, I didn't receive an email to the confirmation of the order. So I called again to say what is the problem and they said that there was a problem with the system and they had fix between 2 and 3 days. I still haven't got the email and no fix yet . This is embarrassing. It's been a month and honestly I'm tired of calling because they don't solve anything&lt;/P&gt;</description>
