Apple TV+ subscription

I signed up for the 3mths free Apple+ TV subscription which ends 28th Feb. How do I go about cancelling the subscription before starting to pay? On the Apple site they say EE manages the subscription but I can't find the current set up anywhere other than signing up for 6 months.

Any idea's?

If you log into the EE app and select add-ons, do you have Apple TV+ showing?

Yeah I do see an option to sign for another 6mths but I can't see the current promotion

You signed up through your BT account @steve22hincks - you need to cancel via the same route. i.e. www.bt.com/mybt
