Sky Sports HD Channel not working

Had my BT box swapped to EE couple of months ago. Since then we've not been able to watch Sky Sport HD channels despite having the Big Sports package and paying the HD extra package. Any ideas?

Something hasn’t been provisioned properly or is stuck somewhere, you will need to reach out to EE or hope @DarrenDev can add you to his list of things to fix.

Unfortunately you're suffering with the same issue as a very large number of other customers - the wrong HD add-on has been added to your account. You have the EE HD add-on, instead of the Combi HD add-on. This only allows you to view the TNT Sports channels in HD, and not the Now TV channels.

It's a system error, but unfortunately you'll need to call the helpdesk and ask them to correct it - it won't change the amount you pay.
