Cancelling Full works Tv package

Hello,

We were given the Full Works TV package for free for 3 months (an incentive not to move supplier) and are now a week away from when the Full Works billing will start, so I need to downgrade our package to Big Entertainment before we get charged for all the sport channels that we don't want.

I can't find where to amend our TV package anywhere in my account - any ideas please?

I think you'll need to speak to EE CS to change your package.
