So, I changed over from BT to EE, getting new fibre broadband and the EE Big Entertainment Package. This package includes Now entertainment and Now Cinema, I already had these subs direct from Now. I have twice gotten a code to give to EE for them to take over the billing but as yet is has not worked. I am presuming that because of this, there is no billing information about my new set up. Although I have been given my final leaving bill from BT. So of course I am now worried that I am going to get billed twice for the Now subs. I'm starting to get quite frustrated

Sorry to hear of your poor experience @wellsley

I can confirm that your order is stuck - the Now TV account has failed to transfer to EE. I'm afraid the only way to fix this would be to call us again.
