Now tv password problems

Since I joined EE tv from Bt I can’t watch now tv on iPad etc as I have no log on details anymore

EE have changed my user name too as I can see I’m signed in differently now in EE box

I really tried everything now. What can I do?

When you signed up for EE TV, you will have been asked for your email address. You should have received an email to that address within a few minutes of your order being raised, so that you could then set a password on it.

When you say that you can see you're signed in differently on the box, what do you mean?

I’ve actually found out what problem is finally.
For some reason EE misspelt my email address for now tv by one letter ( even though correct for every other thing else ) hence me not being able to log in to Now subscription in my tablet .

EE currently rectifying this for me
