Internet channels

I view via Freeview aerial and can receive all of the TV channels and watch TNT sports online. But I can only view a couple of the internet channels. The rest don’t allow me to log on and view - I just see a standard intro page but no chance to log on. I used to be able to view th channels through my smart tv but the EE pro box won’t allow this.

any suggestions?

Could you please give examples of the channels you mean, and how you're trying to access them?

Channel box, realcrime, failarmy etc. All of the ones that need you to access the internet. The box is connected to the Wi-Fi

Ah OK. Those channels use something called "HbbTV", which I'm afraid EE TV boxes don't support. It's primarily found one "Freeview Play" boxes, which is a different system to what we offer.
