Just joined EE tv and got Now full package as part of the subscription. I want to put Now on my tablet but having looked at the app I am being asked to elect which package I want and to pay for it via my EE account. Any suggestions as to how I go about getting my exisypackage on my tablet?

You would need to login and put in the same email and password details that you have registered with EE for your Now account.

This should then bring up your subscription as it stands with EE.

@Bluearmy your Now TV subscription has been assigned to a btinternet.com email address for Janet, but there's possibly a typo in it, as it doesn't quite match the name. Email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk if you'd like to change it.

Hi Darren,

Thanks for your reply. The package had to be in my wife Janet’s name as she took it out at the same time as buying a new mobile phone. The email address is *******@btinternet.com. I am happy to continue to use this as I also have access to this account. I cannot recall signing in to Now TV previously and if I have to join as opposed to logging in on their app then I have the problem that I outlined before.

I've edited the post to hide your email address.

It was missing the "m" from the email address on our systems - I'm correcting it now. I'll update here when it's done, at which point you'll also receive an email to that address asking you to set a password.
