    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have changed from BT to EE.&amp;nbsp; I did not receive an email from EE re. activating Netflix, which is included in our Entertaianment package, as it was sent to a wrong address.&amp;nbsp; When I finally received the email the activation link was not working and told to try later - three days ago!!&amp;nbsp; Will somebody kindly explain what is happening as I am on the verge of cancelling the package.&amp;nbsp; I have cancelled the private contract I previously had with Netflix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On your TV Box Pro or TV Box Mini, launch the Netflix app.&amp;nbsp; If you're already signed in, then sign out.&amp;nbsp; From the home screen of the Netflix app, choose the option to Sign Up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Register for a Netflix account using any email address you like - if you use the same address as your previous private contract, then it'll automatically pick up your previous viewing history.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doing it this way, it automatically adds that account to your EE TV bill.&amp;nbsp; As your account includes Netflix, this means it'll use your included subscription.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
