Hi just signed up to Ee tv and it includes now tv in my package but I have never had now tv before what do I login with as the now tv website says that I have to choose a package

You should have been asked for your email address as part of the order, and you should have received an email asking you to set a password for your Now TV account. Unfortunately it's manual and agents are making many mistakes when typing email addresses.

Email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk with your account number or order number, and the email address you'd like to use. I can fix it tomorrow.

Thank you. I’ve emailed them they wrote I should receive a code in 15 minutes. It’s been 4 hours.
