EE TV Sports package - cancellation

I have recently moved from sky TV to EE TV where I also have mobile and broadband. I signed up for the Sports package as well but I don't really need or want it (nd I don't seem to be able to watch F1 or Sky Sports as I thought I could). So I just want to cancel the Sports part. Can I do that? I still want EE TV - just not the sports bit! Can I do this online? I have anxiety using phone and really need to be able to do it in writing. Thank you!

You'd need to switch to a different package - e.g. Entertainment. I'm afraid the only way to do this currently is over the phone.
