Are you using internet mode ? Or is an aerial attached ? You only get all channels if you’re using aerial mode you don’t get all channels in internet mode as they are not available via this means .

@Brownie4

There’s a Box Mini, and there’s a Pro, but they are two different things.

The Pro is bigger, and it can record, and you can either plug an aerial in, or use it in Internet Mode, where a selection of channels come over the internet.

The Box Mini is smaller, can’t record, and hasn’t got an aerial connection, so can only be used in Internet Mode.

It would be unusual, though, if you only had one box, for it to be the Mini, not the Pro.

One possibility is that you have a Pro, but you have set it up without plugging in an aerial. This will make it go into Internet Mode, which means you wasn’t get all the channels, as you describe.

If this is the case, and you have an aerial, and you want it in Aerial Mode, then plug in the aerial, go into Settings on the box, and Factory Reset it.

When rebooting, it should detect the aerial and go through the aerial tuning process, and you will then get all the broadcast channels available where you live.
