You can't add apps to the EE TV youview boxes. You will need to use another device for YouTube in the mean time.

If EE are like BT you won't know until or if it happens.

The only device you can get from EE that will allow you to access YouTube as well as EETV is the Apple TV 4K box. This allows you to also install other apps unlike the TV Box Pro or the TV Box Mini.
