Is the W Channel not available on EE TV? Can someone advise?

Not at the moment in IP mode, who knows if it will be added in future.

If its the Pro box and you want the W channel the only option is to reset it with an arieal cable attached or watch it on Freeview

Just to mention that the Pro box (like all YouView boxes) carries the U app, which used to be UKTV Play, and this carries the W channel. Catchup only, not live, but you may be able to find whatever it is you want there.

I also looked on my Roku stick, and the U app is there, but again just catchup, no live channels,
