My remote has connected with and controls my jvc TV except for the volume function. I've used Home & 9 to pair remote and TV and the volume works fine on the remote. However it doesn't retain the command after I turn off and turn on again meaning I have to go through the pairing process again and again. What am I not doing correctly ???
