Discovery + Activation

Just signed up to EE TV, and the discovery plus activation isn’t working at all. I wanted to watch TNT Sport before I am installed

I even tried through an activation link on discovery plus website but no joy.

Any ideas please?

What do you mean when you say it's not working?

Log into https://ee.co.uk/login - you'll see a link to activate discovery+ there which then takes you to the discovery+ site. Fill in the form to create an account, or if you already have an account then use the Sign in button in the top right corner to pair your new subscription with it.

If any part of this process fails, let us know how.

Note: don't use Safari browser to do it, as it often fails.

hey Darren I don't see link anywhere for activating discovery plus. Im logged in on ntl email.

Hey there @jaggy1, welcome back to the Community!

You should see this option in the EE TV section of your app as an extra you can activate, or you can also try this through the browser version of your account too.

If this is already active, it should show 'manage' instead, then redirect you to Discovery+.

hi Peter. Im going to ask this daft question. ive had the ee app on my phone for years is there a different app for mobile and tv? I don't see any links for activation of eetv on my mobile app or the browser version.

Hey again @jaggy1, not a daft question at all!

TV and Mobile should both be managed via the same app.

If you log in and go to 'Manage', this should show Mobile, Broadband and TV etc, but if none of these are paired with your account, it will give you the option to add these.

Can you go to discovery+ on EE TV , scroll to the bottom section which says "Activate discovery+ now" and click the button that matches you?

It will ask you to log in to your EE account. Just follow the steps from there.
