What if you don't have an EE account because you originally signed up with BT? I've been going round and round in circles. BT sends me to Now, Now sends me to EE who asks for an account number but does not accept my BT account number. Getting close to cancelling altogether!

Are you still with BT? If so, you need to call BT to cancel.

If you're not with BT, what are you trying to cancel @Annoyedexbt ?

This is an absolute joke. I am a bt customer - I want to cancel my sport monthly membership. They keep sending me to you but I don’t have an ee account

I am so sorry that you've been asked to contact EE to stop your sports subscription.

If you have BT Broadband couple with EE TV (formerly known as BT TV) then BT should be helping you.

Normally, you would reach out to BT on the BT.com Community EE TV & YouView - BT Community and ask for a moderator to help you but there's no need as I work for both BT and EE. I'll send you a private message so you can reply back to me to get this sorted.

Hi,

I'm having the same problem as the previous post.

I'm a BT customer and I purchased a NOW TV Sports Package that I now want to cancel. All of the websites keep linking to other websites but none of them give me the option to cancel my package.

Can you help please?
