Can I connect live sky sports on two tv's as recently joined EE and have the full sports package

If you get a mini box to connect to the other TV, you can get this via calling customer services.

If you have the VIP package, or have added the Now Boost add on, then you can watch on 3 devices at the same time - either on another TV Box, or via the Now TV app on any supported smart platform.

Thanks we have this but we get a message sting that were already logged in
to another device and cannot simultaneously watch the live sports??

You have an EE TV multiroom subscription @csilko , but this doesn't include Now TV - you need the Now Boost add-on for that, which I can't see on your account.
