    <description>&lt;P&gt;You're really trying to challenge our ordering system aren't you! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changing boxes wouldn't do anything to change your subscription, and your TV account isn't showing any changes since I updated it last month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please make a note of the exact time it happens, the next time it happens, and I'll see if the logs show anything useful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have got myself into a bit of a pickle.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had my EE Pro box and asked to swap it for an apple TV box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then had a change of heart and the customer service agent got the EE Pro box marked as returned and asked me to return the apple TV and sent a return bag for it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I am getting an intermittent error when watching itv4 etc to add it to my package when using the pro box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4084025"&gt;@DarrenDev&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;could you please advise? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
