    <description>&lt;P&gt;BT leaving team advised me to switch to EE broadband and Sport TV to save money .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I agreed a special discount deal which was to go live BY 14th March 2024.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Multiple problems and issues and hours of wasted time on helpline , phone calls , emails , you name it , I tried to resolve this issue in a patient and kind way.....each EE staff person spoke so nicely and promised me the world....still waiting....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They kept fobbing me off , by saying they had to CLOSE my Multiple complaints so that the system could progress and I'd be contacted after 5 days....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No refunds have appeared yet and I was assured once my services were up &amp;amp; running , I would get a fresh 14 day opt out option ( I would have opted out within the original 14 days had I gotten the chance to actually access my account and services !!! )&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be leaving EE as soon as I can .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have been a loyal BT customer for over 30 years....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still waiting......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
