EE TV Mini box not showing any channels in guide

I have just subscribed to EE broadband with TV package , with the EE Pro box and a EE TV mini box. The main box has set up okay , but when I have tried to set up the Mini Box , it is not showing any live TV channels.

if there is no TV aerial input , where does it get the channels , how do you tune them in?

The channels are streamed over the Internet, try resetting the box (by going to the cog when you press the home button) and it should go through the process of finding the channels.

If it doesn't, how far is the router from the mini TV box?
