Hi, I’m having issues with my Now TV account not allowing me to view content , after speaking with agents on the phone I’m still having issues with the problem. This maybe due to the now tv account being linked to another EE tv account that should have been cancelled. Wondering if making a new now tv account and trying to add will solve the issue , any help would be appreciated as I can’t watch any now TV content as of yet.

Update on this , I can now watch now tv on the EE mini box which has signed itself in on an account I’ve not seen before , but still unable to view on iPhone or Apple TV
