Missing tv box

I subscribed back over two weeks ago as I was sick to death of sky and the inadequate support.can someone please help me with giving me a idea how long does it take to receive my tv box..the WiFi router arrived back last week.my activation date was on the 1st but still no tv box..I called customer service and was told someone would call me back to confirm delivery and I’m still waiting…

it’s driving me bonkers with basic television channels..

please help!!

Sorry @Welshboyo420 but it appears that your order was raised without any TV box on it - I didn't even know that was possible.

Is it the TV Box Pro or the Apple TV that you want? Check out ee.co.uk/tv for the differences.
