we tv box worked for a month, now it won’t connect to wifi, even if it responds with good wifi signal strength. I type in password & it fails to connect. I tried another box but same issue. I think they are useless

Have you tried connecting it with WPS? Once you select the option during setup you wouldn't need to press the WPS button at the side of your EE router.

How far is your router from your TV box that you are using? Sometimes the distance from the router could affect it.

You could also try powerline network adapters or a mesh WiFi system to extend your signal.

hi my auto correct changed ee tv box to we tv box!

all is fixed now. when typing in router password you are presented with 2 “connect” menu buttons. 1 within the box where you type password & another one at the top right of screen. tried connecting using 1st button but constantly failed so used top right button and connected straight away.
