    <description>&lt;P&gt;As an existing Now TV subscriber, you should have been asked for your email address. This would have triggered a PIN to be sent to you, to allow EE to take over your account. The fact that you'd didn't happen suggests that your subscription is now on a different email address. Please email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk with your Now TV account email address and your EE account number, and I can correct that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your discovery+ is much easier - simply follow the activation process in the email and your subscription will switch to EE. Your existing payment arrangements will cease.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once accounts are paired with your EE subscription, you can then upgrade as needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hopefully I can get some straightforward advice on here as have been going round in circles so far....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have recently moved over to EE Broadband from BT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a TV &amp;amp; Entertainment package with EE which according to my EE contract includes NOW Entertainment (Bundled - whatever that means), Discovery basic, TNT Sports &amp;amp; NOW Hayu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an existing NOW Hayu account that I currently pay for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Discovery+ Premium account which includes TNT Sports that I currently pay for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My question is do I cancel my existing Discovery+ Premium account? It looks as if I will only get Discovery basic with EE so will I then have to upgrade with EE to get Discovery+ Premium?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume I can cancel my NOW Hayu account as EE will bill me from now on? I appear to have all the viewing options I am used to so am not sure whether my existing NOW account has been linked somehow with BT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've not activated Discovery through EE as I'm petrified of ending up with 2 accounts and end up being billed for each.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice would be gratefully received.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Darren Dev.&lt;BR /&gt;I do have a recollection of being asked for my email address and receiving a PIN when my NOW account was being discussed. In my defence the whole switching process took a while and I was rather confused at the end of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll proceed as per your advice above regarding Discovery+&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully things will go smoothly from now on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for taking the time to respond to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
