NOW Entertainment package active. I can access the NOW TV channels such as NOW TV - Sky News, NOW TV - Sky Showcase, NOW TV - Sky Witness, NOW TV - Sky Atlantic etc all via the NOW TV App on my tv . But when I try to access those same channels via the TV Guide , it says I am not an EE TV customer. I can access the freeview channels through the TV Guide as normal, it's just the NOW TV channels that I am subscribed to, that wont allow me to access, unless I am in the NOW TV App .

I believed I should be able to access these form both the NOW TV App and also the EE TV Guide .

Please email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk including your EE account number in the email. I should be able to fix this.

Hi Darren, thank you! I didn't end up sending the email as it got sorted from a previous action in the end. Apparently was BBEU and RBSID both needed updating in a system after regrade to Full Fibre. After update was done, access to NOW TV channels via the tv guide was working. Thank you!
