      <description>&lt;P&gt;My activation date for EE was today. Sadly, my experience has been poor. I tried to set up NOW tv as a new customer via the link provided but instead I was charged 6.99 for the package - even though it is in my EE TV package? Also, my TV NOW channels are asking for an upgrade to my package to view them???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
