That worked !

Amazing thank you - certainly very impressed with these new boxes a huge upgrade on the old BT ones as it means we can watch terrestrial TV for the first time in over ten years 🙂

Great customer support too on this forum - appreciated

I recently 'upograded' to EE from BT and received a TV Mini box which is fantastic - we have poor TV Aerial strength in our area so this enables us to watch terrestrial TV finally.

Previously had a BT TV box but this required an aerial so wasn't used.

Requested a second box from EE and a pro box arrived - plugged in and all works - gone to plug the mini box into our bedroom TV and it is saying that we now have too many boxes attached to my account.

Is this because the old BT box is still attached to the account and i need to de-activate it? I can't find anywhere on teh EE website to do this. Or do i need to call up EE and ask them for advice?

Many Thanks for any help in advance

Don't panic - just click continue on that message. It just means it's transferring your subscription to the new box.

If you see this message more than twice, let me know at tv.apps@ee.co.uk and I'll take a look at your account (include your account number in the email).
