I don’t know much about EETV but I have EE Broadband and can opt in for EE TV if someone can please confirm if Indian live TV channels can be viewed as like SKYTV?

Which channels are those? There are the Asian Mix (390 to 397) for which an add-on is required.

It's additive to the main TV package you choose @ £5 pm on a rolling contract.

And just by coincidence, the Asian Mix channels were all added to our EE TV apps today, so you can now watch them on all our EE TV supported platforms, including on your phone/tablet.
