Bit of a wait on the phone but once I got through the agent was very helpful and sorted me out. Ordered on the 14th with the new kit delivered next day. All up and running now with no issues&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/183683"&gt;@baabaa90&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I know the waiting times on the phone can be a bit of a pain but for me it was really worthwhile. The whole process went very smoothly and quickly. Ordered over the phone on a Friday, equipment delivered on Saturday and up and running the same day. I migrated from Sky and so pleased I did&lt;/P&gt;</description>
