Subscribing to TNT sports

I'm a bit puzzled, or perhaps I'm just not understanding something. I just subscribed to TNT Sports and went through the activating it through the EE page and Discovery+ and then linking my EETV box and TV. However, if i click on the TNT Sport channels through the Guide, I get a 'you need to add [channel] to your package'. So I can only access the sports channels by using the Discovery+ app. Is there some other step I need to take to access the channels without needing to go through the Discovery+ app?

It can take up to midnight on your activation date for them to start working, but as per my response on the other thread, feel free to email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk

Hi Darren: thank you. I should have anticipated that it might take time for everything to line up. I'll try it again later today and tomorrow and then I will email you if it is not fixed.
