topic EE TV in TV

Hi

I went into an EE Store today, with a view to adding EE TV to my Broadband subscription. I was told that as my BB was purchased on a "different" system to the one they have in store, that I would have to settle up my Broadband Account (roughly £570) and then start again, and then add the TV. Rather than just add the TV to the existing... I cannot see the logic in

a. Me paying £570 just to be able to get TV

b. EE not wanting my TV subscriptions for the next 18 months

I'm an EE customer - I care not what back office system was used to set up my account.

Very irritating.

Anyone else stuck in the same endless loop?

EE TV is currently only available to order for new customers. There are bugs in the system that are currently preventing existing BT or EE customers from ordering.

We're working to fix the bugs as quick as we can.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks

I am out of contract with Sky currently, and really keen to move to EE - just can't do it.

Rgds

Dean
