      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried to order ee tv was told I needed to upgrade my broadband all done and in working fine Tried to order ee tv as am now up and running to be told I have to give it 24 hours after its gone live&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why does my broadband affect me placing a order for the tv packages ? What difference does it make if the broadband is settling in ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
