Missing channels on app

Hoping someone can help as I’m losing my patience trying to resolve this!!

My EE TV App has been missing channels BBC 1, BBC 2, and ITV 1 and nothing I do seems to bring them back. They used to be on there but now have been missing for months.

I have deleted and uninstalled and reinstalled and logged out and logged back in and nothing has worked.
I’m hoping someone here may be able to suggest something I’ve perhaps overlooked and it may be a simple fix.

I suspect the issue will be your TV region. Can you please select My TV, then Settings and check the TV region it says is selected.

If the app is paired to your TV box then it won't let you change the region. If not, then change it to the correct TV region for you.

Let me know how you get on - it sounds like there's something I'm going to need to fix in the app either way.

I can confirm that your TV Box was reporting an invalid region when you paired with it, resulting in the behaviour you saw. The region on your TV Box updated last night, and the app is now behaving correctly.
