TV not pausing rewinding etc unless unplug it

We have been with EE just under a month with a TV box Pro. Over the last week or so, we cannot generally pause or rewind live TV on any channels unless we unplug the machine and turn it back on again. This is becoming very tedious.

I have checked and the software is up to date. I wondered if it was because we had had to switch to the "always ready" mode because the TV was switching itself on in the night. So I switched it back to Smart yesterday but once again today, can't pause live TV.

I'm sorry you are having trouble with this.

It sounds like you have tried the steps we would usually suggest, so I'd recommend getting in touch with our technical team who can investigate further.
