Pretty much every other thread on here is the same @Eks71 - it's currently only available when ordered at the same time as a new EE broadband line. It can't currently be added to existing EE or BT accounts - even if they've only just been installed.

We're working as fast as possible to fix the issues with the order process.

No solution rang EE or BT and seemingly existing customers can't get it yet...which seems mighty odd...makes me wonder if loyalty comes to mind.

It's not a loyalty thing @Eks71 - new customers means a new account in the new system, which works fine. Existing customers means migrating existing accounts (with any combination of services from the last 20 years) to the new system.

They're working as fast as they can to fix all the issues with migrating accounts.
