New EE internet and Tv customer help please

Hi Everyone

Today is my TV and internet activation day. Internet was not working with old provider when I woke up so connected new box (EE) and that seems to be working. However have put new box on tv and can only access Apple and Apps like iplayer/itv etcc.

I cant get onto Now tv and guide and it says I have zero channels. Is it that they are still sorting them and it will show later or is something wrong?

I may be being impatient and will wait if needed but it seemed odd that bits are working and some bits aren't
