Pro box and 2 mini TV boxes issue

I have a pro box and 2 mini TV boxes as per my subscription but if I go onto my 3rd TV it tells me I have too many boxes running unless I make that box the default by pressing OK.

Is there a setting that be changed to fix this?

I have a full fibre 500mb connection.

I'm not sure why, but your account was only marked as having 1 extra box (despite your order showing 2). I've updated it now, so you shouldn't see that prompt again.

You will need a EE Mod from here to get someone to have a look at your account and get it sorted for you.

If you go back to the BT Community Forum and look again at 'Re: Welcome to EE TV' forum post that you've previously posted in before, the exact same thing has been posted there on page 12 with Darren taking note and getting account sorted.

You can contact @DarrenDev through this EE Community Forum too, so hopefully you'll get this sorted soon.

I have 2 mini box to keeps saying to many. And only hd channels 1-5 then it work few mins then says to many boxes

@Markgibbs69 A 3rd box now comes with an additional monthly charge, so you'd need to call to order it.

Hi Darren,

So can you confirm that you can only have one EE TV Pro-box or Apple TV, plus a mini TV box with no extra monthly charge, and if you add another minibox that will now incur a monthly charge (whereas recently you could have a probox/ATV plus two miniboxes with no extra monthly charge)?

Correct @ardenwasp - the 2 free boxes was a time limited offer that ended on June 3rd. The one free box offer will end eventually too - no date set yet.
