Did you post from your home broadband connection @ScottG69 ? Or from someone else's?

The broadband you're on doesn't have TV, and the broadband you should be on shows that it's not using an EE provided router.

Please email me at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk so that I can get more details, as something doesn't seem right.

I have just renewed my TVsubscription with EE, but even though I have spoke to support a few times they are struggling to get one of my two multiroom boxes working. This all worked perfectly for two years previously. But now I continually get an IPC6023 error on one of the additional TV boxes. Last contact I was told explicitly that when I get a replacement mini box it would work. Box arrived today, but still no better. Can anyone suggest a fix?
